What was our brief?
IPS International partnered with The Lead Gen Specialists to bridge an internal resource gap. IPS International provided us with the brief of generating apprenticeship placements for their Level 3 Standard - Information Communications Technician apprenticeship, and their Level 3 Standard - Digital Marketer apprenticeship.
Prior to commencing any outbound activity, The Lead Gen Specialists first had to source relevant B2B data for the campaign. As a result of IPS International's onboarding and strategy session, it was agreed that we should source relevant B2B data across the Advertising & Marketing, Banking & Financial, Education and IT Sectors.
Having sourced data for IPS International, The Lead Gen Specialists were then tasked with prospecting into these businesses to identify Senior Decision Makers and generate sales qualified leads for IPS's Business Development team. The IPS team would then engage with these prospects and discuss both placements for new Apprentices, and upskilling of existing staff.
The Telemarketing Campaign
The initial focus of the telemarketing activity involved identifying Senior Decision Makers and having peer-to-peer conversations, delivering USPs and differentiator statements to prospects within IPS International's target sectors. Conversations have surrounded both the recruirment of new Apprentices, and upskilling of the prospect's existing workforce.
