The new T-Level qualifications (the equivalent of studying 3 A-Levels) came to Loughborough College in September 2021. This created a need for the students studying these qualifications to gain real world experience and undertake 315 hours work experience on an Industry Placement, whilst spending the remaining 4 days full time in College.
What was our brief?
Loughborough College partnered with The Lead Gen Specialists to deploy a professional resource to generate qualified opportunities with prospective employers thus enabling their students to undertake Industry Placements as part of their T-Level qualifications.
Our brief was twofold;
Firstly, to generate appointments and leads with organisations that were known to Loughborough College due to previous engagement relating to apprenticeships.
Secondly, to source data on relevant businesses that would be appropriate for students to conduct their placements, and for placements that Loughborough College still required across; Admin, Management, Digital Marketing, Motor Vehicle Maintenance, Performing Arts, Information Technology, Electrical Installation, Engineering Manufacturing, Education, Childcare, Adult Nursing and Travel & Tourism.
The Telemarketing Campaign
Having taken a full brief from Loughborough College on their proposition, messaging and how T-Levels work both for students, and employers, The Lead Gen Specialists deployed Telemarketing resource to generate appointments and leads for Loughborough College.
Due to previous experience, Loughborough College were keen to ensure that all opportunities delivered by The Lead Gen Specialists were highly qualified to the point that they wanted to take on one, or more students.
